He informed him that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him, "Ibn Abis, shall I tell you of the best thing with which those seeking refuge can seek refuge?"I said, "Yes."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Say, 'I seek refuge with the Lord of the daybreak,' and 'I seek refuge with the Lord of mankind.' These two surahs."
حدثنا حسن بن موسى حدثنا شيبان عن يحيى بن أبي كثير عن محمد بن إبراهيم أن أبا عبد الرحمن أخبره أن
أخبره أن رسول الله ﷺ قال له يا ابن عابس ألا أخبرك بأفضل ما تعوذ المتعوذون قال قلت بلى فقال رسول الله ﷺ قل أعوذ برب الفلق وقل أعوذ برب الناس هاتين السورتين
