Rawh bin Zinba visited Tamim al-Dari and found him cleaning barley for his horse, with his household around him.Rawh said to him, "Was there no one among these people who could spare you this task?"Tamim replied, "Yes, but I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'There is no Muslim man who cleans barley for his horse and then hangs it up for him to eat but that a good deed is recorded for him for every grain.'"
حدثنا أبو المغيرة قال حدثنا إسماعيل بن عياش قال حدثني
أن روح بن زنباع زار تميما الداري فوجده ينقي شعيرا لفرسه قال وحوله أهله فقال له روح أما كان في هؤلاء من يكفيك قال تميم بلى ولكني سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول ما من امرئ مسلم ينقي لفرسه شعيرا ثم يعلقه عليه إلا كتب له بكل حبة حسنة
