The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Religion is sincere counsel. Religion is sincere counsel. Religion is sincere counsel."They asked, "To whom, Messenger of Allah?"He replied, "To Allah, to His Book, to His Prophet, to the leaders of the believers, and to the believers in general."
Its chain of transmission is sahih, mentioned previously in 16880.16883m - Abu Abdul-Rahman said, Muhammad bin Abbad narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, he said, I said to Suhayl bin Abu Salih regarding a hadith that Amr bin Dinar had narrated to us from Qaqa bin Hakeem, from his father. Suhayl said, I heard it from the same person my father heard it from. I heard Ata bin Yazid Laythi narrating from Tamim Dari, from the Prophet ﷺ ... like the hadith of my father from Ibn Uyayna. Hasan.(16883m) Its chain of transmission is hasan, because of Muhammad bin Abbad bin Musa Ukayli. Ibn Hibban rated him trustworthy but said, he makes mistakes. Ibn Uqda said, there is something questionable about his standing. I only graded it hasan because he is corroborated, and the hadith is like the one preceding it, and it is among the additional narrations.
