When the muadhin came to inform him that it was time for prayer, he said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'The muadhins will have the longest necks of all people on the Day of Resurrection.'"

إذا أتاه المؤذن يؤذنه بالصلاة سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول إن المؤذنين أطول الناس أعناقا يوم القيامة
