The Prophet ﷺ said regarding the one who drinks wine, "If he drinks wine, flog him. Then if he drinks again, flog him. Then if he drinks a third time, flog him. Then if he drinks a fourth time, strike his neck."
حدثنا عبد الرزاق عن سفيان عن عاصم بن أبي النجود عن ذكوان
عن النبي ﷺ قال في شارب الخمر إذا شرب الخمر فاجلدوه ثم إذا شرب فاجلدوه ثم إذا شرب الثالثة فاجلدوه ثم إذا شرب الرابعة فاضربوا عنقه
