Its chain of transmission is daif, due to the anonymity of the narrator from Amr bin Hurayth.As for Ibrahim bin Muhajir bin Jabir Bajali, the scholars differed regarding him, but the more sound opinion is to consider him reliable. Ibn Saad deemed him reliable, Thawri and Ahmad said there is no harm in him, and Shubah narrated from him, and Shubah only narrates from a trustworthy narrator. Bukhari included his biography in al-Kabir 1/1/328 without mentioning any criticism of him, and he did not mention him among the weak narrators, and Muslim included narrations from him in his Sahih.The hadith appears in Majma al-Zawaid 3/87, where it says, Ahmad, Abu Yaala, and Bazzar narrated it, and it contains an unnamed man, while the rest of its narrators are reliable.A note, here ends the first part of the printed edition published in Bombay, India, in the year 1308, which we have been marking with the letter ه. As far as I know, no part other than this one was printed from this edition. The last number given for its count of hadiths is 1551, so it falls short of our own edition and the Halabi edition, marked with the letter ح, by 103 hadiths. We found no benefit in pointing out the omission of each one in its place.From this point onward, our work in verifying the Musnad will proceed using two copies, the Halabi edition, marked with the letter ح, and the Moroccan Kattani manuscript, marked with the letter ك, as we explained in the introduction, page 17, of the first part.I ask Allah for guidance, right conduct, and success.
