I saw the Prophet ﷺ perform ablution and wipe his head with fresh water, not with the leftover moisture from his hands.
قال حدثنا موسى بن داود قال حدثنا ابن لهيعة عن حبان بن واسع عن أبيه
رأيت النبي ﷺ توضأ ومسح رأسه بماء غير فضل يديه
