The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to a man from the Ansar and his wife, "Perform Umra in Ramadan, for an Umra in Ramadan is equivalent for you both to a Hajj."Sufyan once said, without saying "he narrated to me," meaning Ibn Munkadir, "for an Umra in it is equivalent to a Hajj."
حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة قال حدثنا ابن المنكدر قال سمعت
قال رسول الله ﷺ لرجل من الأنصار وامرأته اعتمرا في رمضان فإن عمرة في رمضان لكما كحجة وقال سفيان مرة ولم يقل حدثني يعني ابن المنكدر فإن عمرة فيه كحجة
Its isnad is sahih. Its narrators are well-known, and it has already appeared at 15206. It is found in the Sahih collections.
