Walid bin Uqba reported,

When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ conquered Mecca, the people of Mecca began bringing their children to him, and he would wipe their heads and supplicate for them. I was brought to him while perfumed with khaluq, but he did not wipe my head. The only thing that prevented him from doing so was that my mother had perfumed me with khaluq, so he did not touch me because of the khaluq.
