The Prophet ﷺ said, "By Allah, he does not believe. By Allah, he does not believe. By Allah, he does not believe." He said it three times.They asked, "Who is that, Messenger of Allah?"He replied, "The one whose neighbor is not safe from his bawaiq."They asked, "What are his bawaiq?"He answered, "His evil."
