The Prophet of Allah ﷺ reached Khaybar in the early morning, just as its people had taken up their tools and gone out to their fields. When they saw the Prophet of Allah ﷺ with the army, they turned back fleeing.The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah is the Greatest! Allah is the Greatest! Khaybar is destroyed! When we descend upon a people's territory, evil is the morning of those who have been warned."
حدثنا حسين في تفسير شيبان عن قتادة قال حدث أنس بن مالك
صبح نبي الله ﷺ خيبر وقد أخذوا مساحيهم وغدوا إلى حروثهم فلما رأوا نبي الله ﷺ معه الجيش نكصوا مدبرين فقال نبي الله ﷺ الله أكبر الله أكبر خربت خيبر إنا إذا نزلنا بساحة قوم فساء صباح المنذرين
