When the Prophet of Allah ﷺ came upon Khaybar in the early morning, its people had already taken up their tools and set out to their fields and farmlands. When they saw the Prophet of Allah ﷺ with the army, they turned and fled. The Prophet of Allah said, "Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar. When we descend upon the territory of a people, evil is the morning of those who were warned."
حدثنا روح حدثنا سعيد بن أبي عروبة عن قتادة عن أنس بن مالك
لما صبح نبي الله ﷺ خيبر وقد أخذوا مساحيهم وغدوا إلى حروثهم وأرضهم فلما رأوا نبي الله ﷺ معه الجيش ركضوا مدبرين فقال نبي الله الله أكبر الله أكبر إنا إذا نزلنا بساحة قوم فساء صباح المنذرين
