He related to them both that his father Talq bin Ali came to them during Ramadan and stayed with them until evening. He led them in the night prayer of Ramadan and performed witr with them. Then he went down to the mosque of Rayman and prayed with them until only the witr remained, at which point he sent forward another man to lead them in witr. He said, "I heard the Prophet of Allah ﷺ say, 'There are no two witr prayers in one night.'"

حدثهما أن أباه طلق بن علي أتانا في رمضان وكان عندنا حتى أمسى فصلى بنا القيام في رمضان وأوتر بنا ثم انحدر إلى مسجد ريمان فصلى بهم حتى بقي الوتر فقدم رجلا فأوتر بهم وقال سمعت نبي الله ﷺ يقول لا وتران في ليلة
