Rifa reported,

We set out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ until, when we reached al-Kadid, or he said Qudayd, some men began asking permission to visit their families, and he granted them permission.He praised Allah and extolled Him, and spoke well, then said, "I bear witness before Allah that no servant who testifies that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, sincerely from his heart, and then remains steadfast, dies without entering Paradise."Then he said, "My Lord has promised me that seventy thousand of my nation will enter Paradise without reckoning, and I truly hope they will not enter it until you and the righteous among your spouses and offspring take your dwellings in Paradise."He also said, "When half the night, or a third of the night, has passed, Allah descends to the lowest heaven and says, 'I ask none about My servants other than Myself. Who is asking My forgiveness, that I may forgive him? Who is calling upon Me, that I may answer him? Who is asking of Me, that I may give him?' until the dawn breaks."

رفاعة الجهني حدثه قال

أقبلنا مع رسول الله ﷺ حتى إذا كنا بالكديد أو قال بقديد جعل رجال يستأذنون إلى أهليهم فيؤذن لهم قال فحمد الله وأثنى عليه وقال خيرا وقال أشهد عند الله لا يموت عبد شهد أن لا إله إلا الله وأن محمدا رسول الله صادقا من قلبه ثم يسدد إلا سلك في الجنة ثم قال وعدني ربي أن يدخل من أمتي سبعين ألفا بغير حساب وإني لأرجو أن لا يدخلوها حتى تبوءوا أنتم ومن صلح من أزواجكم وذراريكم مساكن في الجنة وقال إذا مضى نصف الليل أو ثلث الليل ينزل الله عز وجل إلى السماء الدنيا فيقول لا أسأل عن عبادي أحدا غيري من ذا الذي يستغفرني أغفر له من ذا الذي يدعوني فأستجيب له من ذا الذي يسألني فأعطيه حتى ينفجر الصبح
