Abu Razeen reported,

"Messenger of Allah, will every one of us see his Lord on the Day of Resurrection, and what sign of this exists in His creation?"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, "Does not every one of you look at the moon when it appears clearly to him?"He said, "Yes."He said, "Allah is greater."He said, "I asked, 'Messenger of Allah, how will Allah bring the dead back to life, and what sign of this exists in His creation?'"He said, "Have you not passed by a valley belonging to your people while it was barren?"He said, "Yes."He said, "Have you not later passed by it while it was teeming with green vegetation?"He said, "I replied, 'Yes.'"He said, "Then have you passed by it again while it was barren?"He said, "Yes."He said, "In just that way Allah brings the dead back to life, and that is His sign in His creation."

قال حدثنا بهز قال حدثنا حماد بن سلمة قال أخبرنا يعلى بن عطاء عن وكيع بن حدس

عن عمه أبي رزين العقيلي أنه قال

يا رسول الله أكلنا يرى ربه عز وجل يوم القيامة وما آية ذلك في خلقه فقال رسول الله ﷺ أليس كلكم ينظر إلى القمر مخليا به قال بلى قال فالله أعظم قال قلت يا رسول الله كيف يحيي الله الموتى وما آية ذلك في خلقه قال أما مررت بوادي أهلك محلا قال بلى قال أما مررت به يهتز خضرا قال قلت بلى قال ثم مررت به محلا قال بلى قال فكذلك يحيي الله الموتى وذلك آيته في خلقه
