I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ perform ablution. He poured water over his hands three times, meaning he washed his hands three times.I asked Shuba, "Did he put them inside the vessel, or did he wash them outside of it?"He replied, "I do not know."
قال حدثنا يزيد بن هارون أخبرنا شعبة بن الحجاج عن النعمان بن سالم عن ابن أبي أوس
رأيت رسول الله ﷺ توضأ فاستوكف ثلاثا يعني غسل يديه ثلاثا فقلت لشعبة أدخلهما في الإناء أو غسلهما خارجا قال لا أدري
