Saad bin Abu Waqqas reported,

A bedouin came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "Prophet of Allah, teach me words to say."He said, "Say, 'There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner. Allah is the Greatest, supremely great. Praise be to Allah, abundantly. Glory be to Allah, Lord of the worlds. There is no power and no strength except through Allah, the Mighty, the Wise.'"The bedouin said, "These are for my Lord . What about for me?"He said, "Say, 'O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, guide me, and provide for me.'"Ibn Numayr said that Musa said, "As for 'grant me well-being,' I am uncertain about it and do not know for sure."

حدثنا عبد الله بن نمير ويعلى قالا حدثنا موسى يعني الجهني

عن مصعب بن سعد عن أبيه قال

جاء النبي ﷺ أعرابي فقال يا نبي الله علمني كلاما أقوله قال قل لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له الله أكبر كبيرا والحمد لله كثيرا سبحان الله رب العالمين لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله العزيز الحكيم قال هؤلاء لربي عز وجل فما لي قال قل اللهم اغفر لي وارحمني واهدني وارزقني قال ابن نمير قال موسى أما عافني فأنا أتوهم وما أدري
