The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about a man who has intercourse with his wife's slave girl. He said, "If he forced her, she is free, and he must give his wife another slave girl like her. If she consented to him, she remains his wife's slave, and he must still give his wife another slave girl like her."

سئل رسول الله ﷺ عن الرجل يواقع جارية امرأته قال إن أكرهها فهي حرة ولها عليه مثلها وإن طاوعته فهي أمته ولها عليه مثلها
