Someone who saw the Prophet ﷺ praying in a single garment, with its two ends crossed over each other, informed me of it.
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر حدثنا شعبة قال سمعت أبا مالك الأشجعي يحدث
أخبرني من رأى النبي ﷺ يصلي في ثوب واحد قد خالف بين طرفيه
Its isnad is sahih. Its narrators are leading authorities, and Abu Malik Ashjai is Saad bin Tariq Kufi, whom the leading authorities deemed reliable and praised. The hadith has already appeared from Jabir at 14775.
