The Prophet ﷺ returned from the expedition of Tabuk in the forenoon and prayed two rakahs in the mosque. Whenever he came back from a journey, he would do this.
حدثنا عبد الرزاق قال حدثنا معمر عن الزهري
أن النبي ﷺ قدم من غزوة تبوك ضحى فصلى في المسجد ركعتين وكان إذا جاء من سفر فعل ذلك
