Aqeel bin Abu Talib got married, and when he came out to us we said, "May you have harmony and many sons."He said, "Stop, do not say that, for the Prophet ﷺ forbade us from saying it. He said, 'Say instead, May Allah bless you, may He shower His blessings upon you, and may He bless her for you.'"
حدثنا الحكم بن نافع قال حدثنا إسماعيل بن عياش عن سالم بن عبد الله
تزوج عقيل بن أبي طالب فخرج علينا فقلنا بالرفاء والبنين فقال مه لا تقولوا ذلك فإن النبي ﷺ قد نهانا عن ذلك وقال قولوا بارك الله لك وبارك عليك وبارك لك فيها
Its isnad is hasan, because of Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Aqeel. The rest are well-known reliable narrators. The hadith was narrated by Nasai 6/128, no. 3371, in the chapter on marriage, how a man should be addressed, and it is also found in Abu Dawud 2/241, no. 2130, in the chapter on marriage, what is said to the one who marries, and Tirmidhi 3/391, no. 1091, where he said, hasan sahih, and Ibn Majah, no. 1905, and Darimi 2/180, no. 2173.
