Its isnad is sahih. Its narrators are well known, and Hisham is Ibn Urwa bin Zubayr, and Hajjaj bin Hajjaj was accepted by scholars and praised.This hadith was narrated by Tirmidhi in the book of breastfeeding, 3/450, no. 1153, chapter on what removes the reproach of breastfeeding, and he said, hasan sahih, and by Nasai, 6/108, no. 3329, in the book of marriage, chapter on the right and sanctity of breastfeeding.The companion here is asking about how to reward the woman who breastfed him, so the Prophet ﷺ guided him to give her a male or female servant to serve her.
