Muawiya wrote to Abdul-Rahman bin Shibl instructing him to teach the people what he had heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. So he gathered them and said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'The transgressors are the people of the Fire.'"They asked, "Messenger of Allah, who are the transgressors?"He answered, "Women."They said, "Messenger of Allah, are they not our mothers, our daughters, and our sisters?"He replied, "Indeed they are, but when they are given something they are not grateful, and when they are tested they are not patient."
ثم قال إن الفساق هم أهل النار قالوا يا رسول الله ومن الفساق قال النساء قالوا يا رسول الله ألسن أمهاتنا وبناتنا وأخواتنا قال بلى ولكنهن إذا أعطين لم يشكرن وإذا ابتلين لم يصبرن
