The Prophet ﷺ said, "A Muslim is one from whose tongue and hand people are safe."
حدثنا يحيى بن غيلان حدثنا رشدين عن زبان
عن النبي ﷺ أنه قال المسلم من سلم الناس من لسانه ويده
Its chain of transmission is daif, like the previous one, and the hadith is well known. See 12499.
