Qurra bin Iyas reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Fasting three days of every month is like fasting the entire year, with its breaking of the fast as well."

عن معاوية بن قرة عن أبيه قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ صيام ثلاثة أيام من كل شهر صيام الدهر وإفطاره
