The Prophet ﷺ said, "A morning or an evening spent in the path of Allah is better than the world and everything in it."
عبد الله حدثني محمد بن أبي بكر المقدمي قال حدثنا فضيل بن سليمان النميري عن أبي حازم
عن النبي ﷺ قال غدوة أو روحة في سبيل الله خير من الدنيا وما فيها
Its isnad is sahih. Muhammad bin Abu Bakr bin Ali bin Ataa Muqaddami Thaqafi is trustworthy, his hadith appears in the Sahihayn, and the imams affirmed his reliability. Fudayl bin Sulayman Numayri was also affirmed as reliable, and his hadith is found with the group, though they said he made many mistakes. But here he made no mistake, either in the chain or the text, as they said, for his hadith is only downgraded when he errs. This hadith was mentioned previously at 15497.
