The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Among you is one who prays the prayer in full, and among you is one who prays half of it, a third of it, a quarter of it," until he reached a tenth.Siraj said in his version, "until he reached a tenth."
حدثنا هارون بن معروف وسريج ومعاوية بن عمرو قالوا حدثنا عبد الله بن وهب عن عمرو بن الحارث عن سعيد بن أبي هلال عن عمر بن الحكم الأنصاري
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال منكم من يصلي الصلاة كاملة ومنكم من يصلي النصف والثلث والربع حتى بلغ العشر قال سريج في حديثه حتى بلغ العشر
Its chain of transmission is sahih. Amr bin Harith is the son of Yaqub, Abu Ayub the Egyptian, who is trustworthy, a jurist, and a hadith master, and the same applies to Saeed bin Abu Hilal, as well as Amr bin Hakam the Ansari of Madinah, the ally of Aws.
