I heard the Prophet ﷺ say, while I was a young boy, "The ajwa date and the tree are from Paradise."
أخبرنا يحيى بن سعيد حدثنا المشمعل قال حدثني عمرو بن سليم المزني قال سمعت
سمعت النبي ﷺ وأنا وصيف يقول العجوة والشجرة من الجنة
Its isnad is sahih. All of them are from the Muzani tribe, and Shathil is Ibn Iyas bin Amr bin Iyas Muzani, trustworthy and agreed upon, and he was from Basra, and Amr bin Sulaym Muzani was also from Basra, and he too is trustworthy and agreed upon. The hadith has already appeared at 10587, and by "the tree" what is meant is the palm tree.
