A man reported,

The Prophet ﷺ delivered a sermon on the day of the conquest of Makkah and said, "There is no god but Allah alone. He has aided His servant and defeated the confederates by Himself."On another occasion, Hushaym narrated it as, "Praise be to Allah, who fulfilled His promise and aided His servant. Behold, every claim of distinction from the days of ignorance, every claim of merit invoked, and every blood-claim or pending grievance is now placed beneath these two feet of mine, except for the custodianship of the Sacred House and the provision of water for the pilgrims. Behold, one killed unintentionally by what resembles a deliberate act," and Hushaym once said, "by a whip, a stick, or a stone, his blood-money is the heavier sort, one hundred camels, forty of which are pregnant females carrying their young."On another occasion he said, "Forty of them ranging from those in their sixth year to those in their ninth year, all of them pregnant."

حدثنا هشيم أخبرنا خالد عن القاسم بن ربيعة بن جوشن عن عقبة بن أوس

عن رجل من أصحاب النبي ﷺ

أن النبي ﷺ خطب يوم فتح مكة فقال لا إله إلا الله وحده نصر عبده وهزم الأحزاب وحده قال هشيم مرة أخرى الحمد لله الذي صدق وعده ونصر عبده ألا إن كل مأثرة كانت في الجاهلية تعد وتدعى وكل دم أو دعوى موضوعة تحت قدمي هاتين إلا سدانة البيت وسقاية الحاج ألا وإن قتيل خطإ العمد قال هشيم مرة بالسوط والعصا والحجر دية مغلظة مائة من الإبل منها أربعون في بطونها أولادها وقال مرة أربعون من ثنية إلى بازل عامها كلهن خلفة
