The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would perform the witr prayer reciting "Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High," "Say, you disbelievers," and "Say, He is Allah, the One." When he gave the salam, he would say, "Glory be to the King, the Most Holy," three times.
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر حدثنا شعبة عن قتادة عن عزرة
أن رسول الله ﷺ كان يوتر بسبح اسم ربك الأعلى وقل يا أيها الكافرون وقل هو الله أحد ويقول إذا سلم سبحان الملك القدوس ثلاث مرار
