The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When a person speaking to another sees him glancing around, then what he says is a trust."
حدثنا موسى بن داود حدثنا سليمان بن بلال عن عبد الرحمن بن عطاء عن ابني جابر
قال رسول الله ﷺ إذا رأى المحدث المحدث يتلفت فهي أمانة

Its isnad is hasan, because of Abdul-Rahman bin Ataa Qurashi, about whom Bukhari said there is something to look into, while Abu Hatim accepted him, and Nasai, Ibn Saad, and Ibn Hibban deemed him reliable. By Abu Jabir is meant Abdullah bin Jabir bin Utaik, who is reliable, and Muhammad bin Jabir bin Abdullah bin Ubaydullah. As for the first, he is reliable as they said, and as for the second, I have not found anyone who wrote a biography of him. The hadith appeared previously at 15002.
