The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When one of you is eating and a morsel falls, let him remove whatever has soiled it and then eat it, and not leave it for the devil. And let none of you wipe his hand with a napkin until he has licked his fingers, for a man does not know in which part of his food the blessing lies. Indeed, the devil lies in wait for the son of Adam at every turn, even at his meal."
حدثنا حسن حدثنا ابن لهيعة حدثنا أبو الزبير
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال إذا أكل أحدكم فسقطت لقمته فليمط ما أرابه منها ثم ليطعمها ولا يدعها للشيطان ولا يمسح أحدكم يده بالمنديل حتى يلعق يده فإن الرجل لا يدري في أي طعامه يبارك له فإن الشيطان يرصد ابن آدم عند كل شيء حتى عند طعامه
