The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray in a single garment, wrapping it around himself.Someone in the group asked Abu Zubayr, while I was listening, "Was this for the obligatory prayer?"He replied, "For the obligatory prayer and other than the obligatory prayer."

أن رسول الله ﷺ كان يصلي في ثوب واحد متوشحا به فقال بعض القوم لأبي الزبير وأنا أسمع المكتوبة قال المكتوبة وغير المكتوبة
