Jabir bin Abdullah reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever has a sharecropping arrangement with his brother and wishes to sell it should first offer it to his partner, for he has the greater right to it at the price."

أنبأنا يزيد بن هارون حدثنا الحجاج بن أرطاة عن أبي الزبير

عن جابر بن عبد الله قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ من كان بينه وبين أخيه مزارعة فأراد أن يبيعها فليعرضها على صاحبه فهو أحق بها بالثمن
