I witnessed the Prophet ﷺ on the day of Eid begin with the prayer before the sermon, without any adhan or iqamah.
حدثنا عبدة بن سليمان حدثنا عبد الملك عن عطاء
شهدت النبي ﷺ في يوم عيد بدأ بالصلاة قبل الخطبة بغير أذان ولا إقامة
Its isnad is sahih. Abdah bin Sulayman is Kullabi, and he is trustworthy, and likewise Abdul-Malik bin Abu Sulayman. The hadith has already appeared at 14264.
