I was sitting in the shade of my house when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed by. When I saw him, I sprang up and began walking behind him.He said, "Come closer."So I drew near to him, and he took me by the hand. We continued on until he reached one of the chambers of his wives, either Umm Salama or Zaynab bint Jahsh. He entered, then gave me permission to enter, and I went in while she was behind the veil.He asked, "Do you have any lunch?"They said, "Yes."Three loaves were brought and placed on a mat.He asked, "Do you have any condiment?"They replied, "No, except for a little vinegar."He said, "Bring it."So they brought it. He took one loaf and placed it before himself, another before me, then broke the third in two, placing half before himself and half before me.
