The Messenger of Allah ﷺ addressed us on the Day of Sacrifice and asked, "Which day is most sacred?"They replied, "This day of ours."He asked, "Which month is most sacred?"They replied, "This month of ours."He asked, "Which land is most sacred?"They replied, "This land of ours."He said, "Indeed, your blood and your property are sacred to one another, as sacred as this day of yours, in this land of yours, in this month of yours. Have I conveyed the message?"They replied, "Yes."He said, "Allah, bear witness."
حدثنا محمد بن عبيد حدثنا الأعمش عن أبي صالح
خطبنا رسول الله ﷺ يوم النحر فقال أي يوم أعظم حرمة فقالوا يومنا هذا قال فأي شهر أعظم حرمة قالوا شهرنا هذا قال أي بلد أعظم حرمة قالوا بلدنا هذا قال فإن دماءكم وأموالكم عليكم حرام كحرمة يومكم هذا في بلدكم هذا في شهركم هذا هل بلغت قالوا نعم قال اللهم اشهد
