The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the meat of donkeys on the day of Khaybar and permitted the meat of horses.

أن رسول الله ﷺ نهى يوم خيبر عن لحوم الحمر وأذن في لحوم الخيل
Its isnad is sahih. Muhammad bin Ali bin Husayn bin Ali is trustworthy, and the hadith has already been mentioned at 14287.
