The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to some people of the Ansar to visit a sick man and asked them for a drink, while a small stream was nearby. He said, "If they have water that has spent the night in a waterskin, give us that. Otherwise, we will drink directly from the stream."
حدثنا إسحاق حدثني فليح بن سليمان المدني عن سعيد بن الحارث
أن رسول الله ﷺ أتى قوما من الأنصار يعود مريضا فاستقاهم وجدول قريب منه فقال إن كان عندهم ماء قد بات في شن وإلا كرعنا
