The Prophet ﷺ entered an orchard belonging to one of the Ansar, accompanied by one of his companions, while the man was diverting water for irrigation.The Prophet ﷺ asked, "Do you have any water that has been kept overnight in a waterskin? Otherwise we will drink directly from the source."The man replied, "I have water that has stood overnight."He then went to a small shelter, milked a goat for him, poured the water that had stood overnight into the milk, and gave it to him to drink. He did the same for his companion.
حدثنا موسى بن داود حدثنا فليح عن سعيد بن الحارث
أن النبي ﷺ دخل ورجل من أصحابه على رجل من الأنصار في حائط وهو يحول الماء فقال عندك ماء بات الليلة في شن وإلا كرعنا فقال عندي ماء بائت فانطلق إلى عريش فحلب له شاة ثم صب عليه ماء بائتا ثم سقاه وصنع بصاحبه مثل ذلك
