Jabir bin Abdullah reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If any of you is captivated by a woman, let him go to his wife and be intimate with her, for that will dispel what he feels within himself."

أن رسول الله ﷺ قال إذا أعجبت أحدكم المرأة فليعمد إلى امرأته فليواقعها فإن ذلك يرد من نفسه
