The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about this verse, "He is the One able to send punishment upon you from above you or from beneath your feet" [Anam 6:65]. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "It will surely come to pass, but its fulfillment has not yet arrived."
حدثنا أبو اليمان حدثنا أبو بكر بن عبد الله عن راشد بن سعد
سئل رسول الله ﷺ عن هذه الآية {هو القادر على أن يبعث عليكم عذابا من فوقكم أو من تحت أرجلكم} فقال رسول الله ﷺ أما إنها كائنة ولم يأت تأويلها بعد
Its isnad is daif, like the two before it. Tirmidhi (4:103-104) narrated it via Abu Bakr Ibn Abu Maryam, and said, "A hasan gharib hadith." However, Ibn Kathir mentioned it in his tafsir (3:326), citing it from the Musnad and attributing it to Tirmidhi, and quoted him as saying, "A gharib hadith," without mentioning his grading it hasan, though this grading is confirmed in our sahih manuscript of Tirmidhi.
