Abu Zubayr reported,

I asked Jabir about prostration, and he said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ command that one should be balanced in prostration, and a man should not prostrate while spreading out his forearms."

سألت جابرا رضي الله عنه عن السجود قال سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يأمر أن يعتدل في السجود ولا يسجد الرجل وهو باسط ذراعيه
