He heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "A woman was punished because of a cat she had tied up until it died. She did not feed it, nor did she release it to eat from the creatures of the earth, and so the Fire became her due."
حدثنا حسن حدثنا ابن لهيعة حدثنا أبو الزبير
أنه سمع رسول الله ﷺ يقول عذبت امرأة في هر أو هرة ربطته حتى مات ولم ترسله فيأكل من خشاش الأرض فوجبت لها النار بذلك
