The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The sāʾibah..." (and Khalaf bin Walid said, "The sāʾimah") "...is unaccountable, the well is unaccountable, and the mine is unaccountable, but in buried treasure a fifth is due."He said, Shaybi said, "Buried treasure refers to ancient hoards."

قال رسول الله ﷺ السائبة وقال خلف بن الوليد السائمة جبار والجب جبار والمعدن جبار وفي الركاز الخمس قال قال الشعبي الركاز الكنز العادي
Its chain of transmission is hasan, due to Khalid. The hadith was narrated by Bukhari 1499 in Fath al-Bari, in zakat, on the fifth for treasure troves, and Muslim 1710, in Hudud, on injuries caused by animals, and Abu Dawud 3085, and Tirmidhi 642, in zakat, on what has been said about animals. He said, hasan sahih. And Darimi 1/483, and Bayhaqi 8/344.
