The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The one who flees from the plague is like the one who flees from battle, and the one who endures it patiently is like the one who stands firm in battle."
حدثنا أبو عبد الرحمن حدثنا سعيد حدثني عمرو بن جابر قال سمعت
قال رسول الله ﷺ الفار من الطاعون كالفار من الزحف والصابر فيه كالصابر في الزحف
Its isnad is daif because of Amr bin Jabir, but it will come later with a sahih chain, as Haythami said in Majma 2/315, "The men of Ahmad are the men of the Sahih." It will also come later under Ayesha, numbers 24408 and 26061, where Amrah bint Qays al-Adawiyyah appears, and she is accepted (maqbulah) according to them.
