The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Beware of wrongdoing, for wrongdoing will be layers of darkness on the Day of Resurrection. And guard yourselves against greed, for greed destroyed those who came before you. It drove them to shed one another's blood and to violate what was sacred to them."
حدثنا عبد الرزاق حدثنا داود بن قيس عن عبد الله بن مقسم أنه سمع
قال رسول الله ﷺ إياكم والظلم فإن الظلم ظلمات يوم القيامة واتقوا الشح فإن الشح أهلك من كان قبلكم حملهم على أن سفكوا دماءهم واستحلوا محارمهم
