Jabir bin Abdullah reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whenever people share ownership of a property or a house and one of them wishes to sell his share, he should first offer it to his partners. If they take it, they have the greater right to it at the agreed price."

عن جابر بن عبد الله رضي الله عنهما قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ أيما قوم كانت بينهم رباعة أو دار فأراد أحدهم أن يبيع نصيبه فليعرضه على شركائه فإن أخذوه فهم أحق به بالثمن
