The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever among you has land or palm trees should not sell them until he first offers them to his partner."
حدثنا سفيان عن أبي الزبير
عن النبي ﷺ أيكم كانت له أرض أو نخل فلا يبيعها حتى يعرضها على شريكه
Its isnad is sahih. Humaydi narrated it in Musnad 2/535, no. 1272, and see the hadith on preemption mentioned earlier.
