I went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ regarding a debt that was owed by my father, and I came to him as though I were a burning spark.
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر: حدثنا شعبة عن الاسود بن قيس، عن نبيح،
انطلقت الي رسول الله ﷺ في دين كان علي ابي، فاتيته كاني شرارة
Its chain of transmission is sahih. It shows what the seekers of hadith used to endure in those days. May Allah reward them well on behalf of the Muslims.
